I also introduced automation workflows and structured task management to improve release predictability.

Before product delivery, I built a strong DevOps and IT operations foundation at Finastra. I implemented Grafana and Prometheus monitoring, automated operational work with PowerShell, managed vCloud environments, and led Qualys vulnerability assessments and remediation.

My work has reduced system downtime by 20% and helpdesk tickets by 12%, while supporting 2,400+ users across five countries. I bring technical depth across infrastructure, security, and automation to help engineering teams and business stakeholders deliver reliably.
