I’m looking for a role where I can lead operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate client experience through strong planning, cross-department coordination, and continuous performance improvement.

I’m an operations leader specializing in operational efficiency, strategic planning, and cross-departmental coordination. I bring a results-oriented approach with proven strengths in performance improvement, staff development, and customer service—built to help organizations meet objectives and grow with confidence.

As Director of Operations at MMJ FinSol (2020-2022), I coordinated cross-departmental activities to achieve organizational goals and developed strong client relationships. I analyzed and optimized workflows by designing innovative procedures that improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, while streamlining processes across departments to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Before that, as a Banking Relationship Manager at MMJ FinSol (2019-2020), I managed end-to-end client onboarding and handled complaints and queries with high-quality service. I analyzed financial statements, prepared credit applications, maintained key communications, tracked documentation for timely approval, and earned a promotion after my first year through continuous improvement and a growth mindset.

Earlier, at TMC (2013-2019), I supported real estate operations by building a comprehensive transaction database and ensuring data accuracy. I optimized a Real Estate CRM platform with automated timelines and reminders, managed a minimum of 20 real estate transactions monthly through signing to closing, and coordinated timelines and deliverables while maintaining communication across lenders, title companies, buyers, sellers, and agents to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
