I’m looking for a role where I can drive operational excellence—tightening workflows, tracking KPIs, and coordinating cross-functional teams—across fast-paced financial services or property operations.

I support end-to-end mortgage operations at Taylor Morrison Home Funding by coordinating file progression so critical milestones land on time. I’ve worked across processing, quality control, appraisal, compliance, and closing teams to improve workflow efficiency.

In property operations, I directed daily business operations for a residential community, overseeing rent collection, account reconciliation, delinquency management, and revenue optimization. I also led onboarding and coaching for new leasing consultants to improve readiness and service consistency.
