I've supported community-focused planning and collaborative decision-making at the County of Frontenac and Laridae Communications, coordinating initiatives involving municipal leadership, community partners, and diverse stakeholders.

As Executive Assistant to the Chief Administrative Officer at the County of Frontenac, I prepared reports, agendas, and correspondence; tracked organizational priorities; and served as a liaison among leadership, elected officials, staff, and external partners. At Laridae Communications, I coordinated multi-stakeholder engagement, organizational development, and planning projects while creating accessible reports, presentations, workshop resources, and communications materials.

I bring a systems-thinking perspective shaped by Sustainability Studies and International Studies, grounded in active listening, reflective problem-solving, and a commitment to inclusive, community-centred processes.
