I've supported Sauter GmbH in First Level IT Support, handling tickets in Zammad, client management and software deployment with Baramundi, and Active Directory user, group, and OU administration.
I've administered Windows Server 2019, DHCP, DNS, NTP, file and print servers, VMware ESXi, and virtual machines. I also configured VLANs, TP-Link and HP switches, Sophos UTM Firewall basics, Octopus FX VoIP, and DECT devices while setting up new workstations and resolving printer issues.
After completing my IHK retraining in IT system integration, I modernized the company intranet as my final project using WYSIWYG Web Builder and created PowerShell scripts for administration tasks.
