I’m a Patient Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced, competitive environments where quality, empathy, and speed matter. I mentor new team members on procedures while ensuring clients receive the best possible care and service options.
At Kaiser Permanente, I handle a high volume of calls, work toward first call resolution, and follow SLA guidelines to meet quality and productivity expectations.
