I’m looking for a customer-focused healthcare or administrative role where I can handle high-volume inquiries, support accurate scheduling and records, and deliver compassionate service with strong teamwork and continuous improvement.

I’m a Patient Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced, competitive environments where quality, empathy, and speed matter. I mentor new team members on procedures while ensuring clients receive the best possible care and service options.

At Kaiser Permanente, I handle a high volume of calls, work toward first call resolution, and follow SLA guidelines to meet quality and productivity expectations. I enter demographic and clinical information for registration and clinical advice calls, schedule patient appointments, prepare prescription refill requests, and manage email/voicemail while keeping each interaction professional and calm.

Previously, as a Patient Coordinator with Covius, I delivered accurate, efficient data entry using a 10-key pad and reviewed information for accuracy before submission. Before that, I served as a Medical Assistant / Patient Coordinator at Magnolia Medical Clinic, supporting patient prep for common procedures, ordering supplies, maintaining organized exam rooms, and documenting patient vital signs and health history.
