What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design enterprise or consumer products where I can simplify complex, data-heavy workflows through research, interaction design, usability testing, and scalable design systems.

I led UX from discovery through delivery at Boeing / Jeppesen-ForeFlight, designing safety-critical flight-planning, dispatch, procedure-design, and aircraft-management experiences. My work centralized operational information for dispatchers and improved feature engagement and usability by approximately 60%.

At Express Scripts / Cigna, I modernized a legacy healthcare platform across 30+ modules, redesigning complex insurance, medication, provider, and coverage workflows. Through research-driven redesign and usability improvements, I improved task success and user satisfaction by approximately 45%.
