What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead complex, cross-functional product design in small teams where design, engineering, and research are tightly coupled. I want to build and govern design systems and ship AI-augmented workflows that reduce implementation time and drive measurable outcomes.

I’m a senior product designer with 10+ years of experience making complex, high-stakes software intuitive for expert users—from active traders navigating live market data to network engineers managing distributed infrastructure. I bring a systems thinker’s instinct for information architecture and a practitioner’s fluency in front-end code.

I do my best work embedded in small, cross-functional teams where design, engineering, and research are tightly coupled. I’m especially focused on end-to-end product outcomes: strategy through adoption, and delivery through measurable impact.

At College Board, I lead a team and own a design system powering 40+ product teams across six domains. I’ve driven governance and component architecture across 60+ components/patterns, and spearheaded Code Connect linking the Figma component library directly to a production NPM package to eliminate handoff guesswork.

I also pioneered AI-assisted design-to-code workflows, enabling designers to author TypeScript files via GitHub Copilot—dramatically reducing implementation time on traditionally engineering-heavy tasks. Alongside that, I’ve shipped major initiatives like an accommodation dashboard (saving $1M+ annually and reducing support call volume by 30%) and redesigned the International AP/SAT recognition experience for consistent, consumer-facing branding.
