As a freelancer (Nov 2023 - Current). I reduced a month of back and forth design/dev effort for a non-linear flow into a 3 day solo effort by guiding dev with Claude through known user pain points. I course-corrected mismatched look and feel via prompting as well as manually diving in and tweaking design system CSS variables, classes, media queries and JS in Webstorm. I'm currently playing more with storytelling through motion.

At Aprimo (Jan 2021 - Oct 2023), I led design to launch of 12 products and 36 features driving business growth by attracting new users and migrating existing users away from legacy applications which freed up engineering and customer service to focus on innovation vs backlog. I validated efforts using analytics, usability testing and user interviews. I led org-wide design vision hosting the UX Chapter, building a design system, maintaining documentation, and tracking design decisions. I worked at both the strategy level prioritizing features to match business KPIs as well as hands-on level building Figma prototypes using gestalt design principles like spacing, rhythm, color theory, typography, and iconography for cross-functional teams in USA and Europe.

At Aquent (Nov 2014 - Jul 2020), I designed and launched a mix of 14 web/mobile enterprise applications for B2B, B2C, and ecommerce supporting business goals like driving billions of dollars in revenue, tracking inventory, auditing contracts/warranties, identifying new growth opportunities and handling org-wide knowledge transfer. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams by building wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, establishing feedback loops to validate assumptions and building design systems from 0.
