At Work Ninjas, I lead a team of four Account Managers supporting client portfolios generating $1M–$5M+ in annual revenue. I oversee end-to-end operations across estimating, billing, financial management, logistics, and production, while serving as the senior point of contact for escalations and strategic decisions.
I build systems that make complex work clearer: scalable operating models, JobNimbus CRM workflows, KPI dashboards, onboarding foundations, and AI-assisted SOP documentation. I created a five-level evaluation system and live dashboard for Account Manager growth, and built a custom GPT workflow that helps the team create and maintain client knowledge bases in Slack Canvas.
My architecture background taught me to design the thinking behind the result. I enjoy finding better ways to work, teaching clients and teammates through the “ahh” moment, and turning messy processes into practical systems that help teams grow.

- Redesigned and automated clients’ CRM workflows by building status triggers, task checklists, and internal notifications that kept every team member aligned, every job organized, and every homeowner informed throughout the production cycle, directly improving the client experience without adding manual work.
- Caught unprofitable jobs early through margin and cost analys
Learned a highly technical estimating system called Xactimate from scratch in about a week, then worked independently while covering for a supervisor on leave in my second week.
Created a faster estimating method using code-based shortcuts and macros, cutting average estimate time from roughly 1.5 hours to about 40 minutes; and built a training guide from it still used to onboard new hires today
Redesigned a basic tracking sheet into a clearer, more usable system for the team; still in use today.
Built a custom calculator for gutter and downspout measurements, replacing manual calculations with a faster formula-based tool; now used daily by 10 engineers.
Reached full independence on a new specialized software in 2 weeks, faster than the typical onboarding timeline.
