What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a housing/property role where I can investigate complaints methodically, resolve resident issues quickly, keep complete auditable records, and improve risk controls in a fast-paced, client-focused team.

I’m an energetic, ambitious housing and property management professional with a mature, responsible approach to every task I take on. I’m proactive in finding solutions, identifying areas for improvement, and taking individual responsibility for the quality and accuracy of my work and its administration.

In my work as an RLO/Housing officer, I resolve potential issues and handle complaints by registering and reporting in line with company and client procedures. I bring a methodical, impartial process from receipt through to resolution—gathering and cross-referencing evidence, interviewing relevant parties, and interpreting tenancy agreements, policies, and regulatory requirements accurately.

I communicate clearly and empathetically with residents, landlords, and internal teams to build trust and explain outcomes transparently, while maintaining full, auditable records at every stage. Alongside this, I’ve supported fast-paced, customer/client-focused environments and strengthen my approach through training and professional development, including first aid qualifications and customer-focused certifications.
