I’m a talent acquisition specialist and recruiter with hands-on experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles across diverse tech domains. My core focus is B2B Commerce—SAP, Salesforce, Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Magento—where success depends on matching candidate potential to complex requirements and long-term business needs.

At Zaelab (Recruiter, Apr 2023–July 2024), I successfully closed niche roles with high entry barriers such as rare stacks, certifications, or unique domain expertise. I strengthened hiring outcomes by setting clear expectations with hiring managers, aligning on realistic role requirements, and delivering high-quality shortlists.

From Aug 2024–present as a freelance recruiter, I’ve improved internal recruiting processes by introducing structured practices that made hiring more consistent, transparent, and effective. I apply competency-based interviewing methods (CBI) from the first touchpoint to better assess strengths, reduce unnecessary interview stages, and enhance candidate experience.

Earlier, I supported talent identification and evaluation as a Researcher at Zaelab (Dec 2021–Apr 2023) and worked as an IT Sourcer (Aug 2021–Dec 2021), screening candidates, maintaining the candidate database, and expanding professional networks. With a background in computer engineering, I bring technical literacy and a thoughtful, consultative approach to every search.
