What I'm looking for

I’m looking to join a people-first organisation where I can own recruiting and onboarding, build structured hiring pipelines, and support teams through contract, workforce, and performance coordination, so people feel valued, supported, and ready to deliver.

I grew up curious about the world, and my career has reflected that. Over the past 8 years I've lived and worked across Europe and Africa, taking on roles that pushed me far outside my comfort zone and taught me more about people, organisations and resilience than any classroom ever could.

What I've learned along the way is that the most critical factor in any organisation's success is rarely the strategy or the budget: it's the people. Who you hire, how you onboard them, how you support them and how you build a culture where they can perform. That conviction is what has drawn me increasingly towards HR and people operations as my core focus.

On the HR side, I have managed the full talent acquisition cycle across 15+ countries: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, and international staff mobility coordination. I've also managed large multicultural teams, handled workforce planning and performance management, and overseen complex project delivery for clients including UN agencies and diplomatic missions.

I'm now looking to go deep rather than wide: focusing my energy on building people functions and contributing to a remote-first organisation that genuinely believes its people are its greatest asset.
