At Independent, I run full-cycle searches for client companies across technical and non-technical roles. I filled a Node.js developer role in two weeks, from client brief to accepted offer.

At Zaelab, I recruited for B2B digital commerce roles across SAP, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ and Magento, closing up to 20 roles a year. I also redesigned the recruitment process with structured intake meetings and clearer hiring stages.
