What I'm looking for

I seek a role combining customer-facing support and technical problem-solving within a collaborative, growth-oriented team where I can apply moderation, technical, and project management skills.

My professional experience in recent years has been focused on customer service and agents mainly, for wich I have also developed technical support. I have also around a year of experience as a content moderator for Social Media. In addition to that, I created my own company on ecoturism, maintaining a team under my charge and managing projects in the tourism industry during three years in the Ionian Islands. My academic training is practically oriented to the Environmental field. Therefore, I consider myself a multidisciplinary person, with decisive capacity, and who adapts to new challenges efficiently.
