I am a customer service specialist and content moderation reviewer with extensive experience supporting global e-commerce and social media platforms.

I currently work as a reviewer for Facebook's Social Media/Networking department, making balanced content decisions, authorizing advertisements and investigating potentially abusive content to protect community standards. I drive outcomes with empathy and a clear commitment to doing what’s right for users.

I previously supported the Apple Online Store and Amazon.fr, handling live chat, email support, order management, shipping coordination, refunds and billing adjustments, and keeping meticulous records of interactions. Those roles strengthened my problem-solving, written communication and customer advocacy skills.
