I'm an account management and operations professional with experience working remotely with international teams since 2022. My background combines client relationships, project management, business development, and operations across several industries. I particularly enjoy working with people, solving operational problems, and finding ways to improve how businesses operate and grow.

At Zalando, I managed onboarding and market expansion for 50+ enterprises, from single-store shops to multinationals. I translated complex technical requirements into clear steps and worked with tech support, logistics, accounting, and QA to get partners live, including FTP and API connections, pricing and stock validation, and test orders.

At Persona, I managed US and UK clients, working directly with founders and senior stakeholders across the whole client journey: discovery, talent matching, onboarding, account growth, and compliance. I also supported growth through CRM and prospecting tools for follow-ups, outbound activity, and account expansion.

At Leatherback Travel, I coordinated and developed Camino Women trips, researched and launched new destinations to grow the portfolio, and worked with suppliers and local partners. On the operations side, I built Airtable structures, SOPs, and n8n automations for email triage and guest-feedback analysis.
