What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead projects that combine business development, institutional partnerships, donor-funded programmes, research, and international event delivery, with end-to-end ownership from proposal and procurement through implementation, training, and reporting.

Since 2024, I've secured €100,000+ in funded projects for CAMS, delivered six donor-funded programmes across the Western Balkans, and authored research, knowledge products, institutional content, and project applications for Erasmus+, Visegrad Fund, Western Balkans Fund, and SMART Balkans.

At 5TO9, I've sold and implemented 40+ interactive panels across public institutions, managing needs assessment, tender specifications, installation, staff training, and after-sales support. Through Teqball Montenegro and the Adriatic Teqball League, I've delivered 20 national and international tournaments and placed 30+ TEQ tables in every municipality in Montenegro.
