I’m a Warehouse Lead and customer support professional focused on keeping operations running smoothly while ensuring clear, timely communication across teams. In my roles, I answer phone calls and emails, arrange appointments and coordinate meetings, and make sure information moves correctly between customers and operations.

In warehouse operations, I check in drivers, assign dock doors, update charts, and handle billing through multiple systems, including Microsoft Excel. I also manage inventory through regular cycle counts, plan inbound deliveries and outbound orders, and distribute tasks to my team based on priorities.

I bring a problem-solving mindset to customer and cross-company coordination—building and maintaining relationships through productive communication. I handle customs to Canada in the correct manner to avoid delays, and I’m comfortable with shipping/receiving workflows, dispatching, order placement, and customer issue escalation.
