I've supported high-volume warehouse operations at UPS for nearly nine years, improving process flow, resolving client concerns, and ensuring loaner receipts are processed productively.
As a Distribution Lead, I trained employees on the loaner inbound process, maintained audit-ready areas with Quality, and operated stock pickers, motorized pallet jacks, and forklifts. I also served as President of the Employee Engagement Committee to help improve workplace culture.
