What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a client-facing role where I can lead execution from strategy to measurable results—combining quality, creative visual storytelling, and fast-paced event/content delivery with strong cross-functional collaboration.

I’m a creative leader blending strategic account management with design-driven execution, supported by 5+ years of experience in the BPO industry. I bring a quality-focused mindset to client work, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes.

Most recently as a Senior Account Manager, I manage executive client accounts end-to-end—translating objectives into clear creative and content briefs, planning content and audience growth, and overseeing live shows and virtual events. I also lead weekly executive strategy meetings, coordinate guest workflows, moderate live sessions, and optimize post-event content to keep final outputs consistent with brand voice and narrative.

Before that, I worked as a Senior Quality Analyst in client performance and optimization, turning performance data into actionable improvements through quality frameworks, evaluation processes, and coaching programs. I’m comfortable working cross-functionally across operations and leadership, using reporting and quality analysis to identify root causes and drive better experience quality using CSAT, TNPS, and FCR metrics.
