Tasnim Elbadry

I’m a results-driven Quality Manager with over 8 years of experience in graphic design, photo retouching, quality assurance, and team leadership. I currently manage two operational teams of 17 employees, ensuring quality standards while improving workflow efficiency.

In my Quality Manager role (2023–Present), I develop and implement quality control standards and review procedures, then monitor performance through regular evaluations and feedback sessions. I lead onboarding and training for new hires, ensure compliance with company quality standards and project deadlines, and coordinate with management on operational goals and resource planning.

From 2020–2023, I served as a Photo Editing Team Leader, leading daily photo retouching operations and supervising production activities. I reviewed editing quality to maintain consistency across deliverables, trained and supported new team members, and managed workload distribution to protect productivity targets and delivery schedules.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Graphic Designer and Junior Graphic Designer, designing marketing and promotional materials and supporting projects from concept to completion. With strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, quality auditing, coaching, and operational management, I bring a hands-on, process-focused approach to delivering reliable outcomes.
