I'm currently supporting enterprise IT operations at Sureworks InfoTech in Bengaluru, where I troubleshoot and maintain servers, switches, routers, storage, desktops, and hardware to keep systems performing reliably.
I manage Active Directory users and group policies, configure VMware ESXi environments, and provide network, data center, and field-service support. I also work with Windows Server, Linux fundamentals, Dell iDRAC, HP iLO, VLANs, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Previously, as a Web Developer Intern at Accolade Technologies, I built a catering system website with React and Tailwind CSS and implemented 10+ APIs using Express.js. My work improved interface responsiveness, usability, and data retrieval efficiency.
I've also built MERN projects including MemoMaster, a notes application with CRUD functionality, and VenuVibe, an event venue booking platform. I was recognized at the MCA Nitte Project Expo for the Gesture Recognition of Deaf project.
