I seek an entry-level role where I can apply IT support and web development skills, deepen cloud and mobile expertise, collaborate in strong teams, and grow into a full-stack or cloud-focused engineering role.

I am a computer science graduate with hands-on experience in L1 technical support and web development. I delivered 24x7 support using ServiceNow and Citrix while following ITIL processes to ensure timely incident resolution.

I designed and developed an e-commerce website using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and led frontend development for an online voting portal integrating an SQL database for secure storage.
