I’m looking for a role where I can own consultative sales and business development, lead institutional client acquisition, drive renewals and revenue targets, and collaborate cross-functionally—using CRM discipline and modern AI-informed insights to improve outcomes.

I’m a business development and sales professional with experience across institutional, academic, and corporate markets, consistently focused on achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets. I build pipeline, lead outreach campaigns, and convert opportunities through consultative selling and consultative selling motions.

In my current role as an Asst. Regional Manager at GIST, I drive North/Central India sales and revenue generation by marketing e-journals, e-books, databases, and research solutions. I map institutions, engage decision-makers, coordinate renewals and support, and monitor competitor activity while maintaining accurate CRM reporting, pipeline status, and weekly updates.

Previously, I’ve strengthened customer relationships and operations as a Customer Relationship & Operations Manager, managing exhibitions, product promotion, and multiple client projects end-to-end.
