What I'm looking for

I'm seeking Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist, or Learning and Development roles where I can support data-driven people practices, inclusive workplaces, recruitment operations, and organizational growth.

At Redient Security, I managed end-to-end recruitment for an IT consulting environment, from drafting job descriptions and posting on LinkedIn and Naukri to screening candidates and coordinating interviews.

I conducted behavioural and technical screening interviews, maintained recruitment dashboards and HR activity reports, and supported ATS workflows and documentation compliance. My work helped strengthen shortlist quality and enable data-informed hiring decisions in a fast-paced tech environment.

As an MBA (HR) candidate, I apply people analytics to attrition, performance, workforce planning, talent retention, compensation benchmarking, DEI, and learning and development strategy. I'm seeking an HR role where I can contribute to inclusive, high-performing workplaces at scale.
