I am looking for a remote-first role where I can combine operations management, implementation, customer success, and data-driven problem solving. I am especially interested in English-first companies where Spanish supports clients, teams, or markets across Latin America. I am open to implementation, customer success, program operations, business operations, and revenue operations roles.
AJ Krimzon
@ajkrimzon
Bilingual operations manager with applied economics training, focused on remote implementation, customer success, and business operations.
What I'm looking for
I am a bilingual English/Spanish operations and program management professional completing an M.S. in Applied Economics, with a background in education operations, financial services, compliance, data analysis, and process improvement. My work has centered on building systems, improving workflows, coordinating stakeholders, and turning complex operational requirements into practical, repeatable processes.
Most recently, I have served as an Operations Manager and Program Specialist for a state-certified law enforcement academy in Colorado. In this role, I helped rebuild the academy’s operational and technological foundation after a period of administrative disruption, supporting curriculum coordination, state certification requirements, student onboarding, compliance documentation, advisory board meetings, public events, and graduation logistics. I also helped develop digital systems for student records, compliance tracking, and documentation workflows, supporting multiple academy cohorts and measurable student outcomes.
Before that, I worked as an Office Administrator at the Community College of Denver, where I supported more than 15 academic programs, developed SOPs, improved onboarding visibility through Excel-based tracking tools, and supported reporting and course-data processes using institutional systems. I also have experience in financial services as a small business and consumer banker, where I supported clients with loans, credit cards, mortgages, deposit accounts, and compliance-sensitive financial documentation.
Academically, my training is in economics, applied economics, business research, econometrics, and data analysis. I have worked with Excel, SQL, R, Google Sheets, reporting tools, data cleaning, and applied research methods. I am especially interested in remote roles that sit at the intersection of operations, implementation, customer success, program management, revenue operations, and data-driven strategy.
I bring a strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, organize complex processes, learn systems quickly, and support teams across cultures. I am particularly interested in remote-first companies where English is the primary working language and Spanish is valuable for supporting clients, teams, or markets across Latin America.
