Built and shipped a live invoicing tool for small businesses, self-initiated end-to-end. Features include auto-calculated totals, GST, amount-in-words, PDF export, and one-tap WhatsApp sharing.

Identified a real user problem and set the product vision for an AI-powered quiz app. Owned the full 0-to-1 journey and built the app on Base44, integrating LLMs for AI-generated curriculum and a spoken-English chatbot.

Ran user interviews with teachers to define requirements and built an AI-assisted tool that lets schools auto-generate exam papers by subject, topic, and difficulty. Sold it to a school for ₹30,000.

Led the AEMaaCS cloud migration end-to-end for a cross-functional team of 10, delivering on schedule and ~3% under the $1M budget. Owned discovery, planning, cost, and capacity, and served as primary interface between stakeholders and technical teams.
