I'm looking to lead AI-driven SaaS programs where I can own enterprise delivery, shape product roadmaps from client feedback, build high-performing cross-functional teams, and use LLM-powered automation to improve customer experience at scale.

At iMocha, I manage a $3.1M enterprise client portfolio across India, the US, and the Middle East, co-develop product roadmaps, and write PRDs that turn client feedback into prioritised shipped features. I lead a 12-member cross-functional team and have managed 15+ concurrent client programs with zero SLA breach.
