How I work.
At Storable, these days, every epic I own starts as a spec, written tight enough that engineering doesn't have to fill gaps, and tight enough to generate code from. When the output comes back wrong, it's usually the spec that was ambiguous, which is a faster signal than waiting for a review cycle. I validate with no-code prototypes and get customer buy-in before anyone commits engineering budget.
