I am a results-driven sales and customer service leader with progressive experience at Telecomegypt (WE Company) across roles from Sales Representative to Section Head. I specialize in coaching teams, developing sales strategies, and delivering measurable revenue growth.
In my current role as Customer Service and Sales Support Section Head, I supervise staff, create dashboards and business reports, analyse sales and revenue, and ensure operational and quality standards across shops. I have a track record of improving productivity and customer satisfaction through training and mentorship.
Previously I led teams as a Sales Team Leader and Senior Sales Representative where I developed branch and account sales strategies, managed key accounts, and produced sales forecasts and reports for district and sector managers. I consistently executed upselling and cross-selling initiatives to meet targets and build long-term customer relationships.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law and bring strengths in consultative sales, team management, professional communication, and problem solving.
