What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity in IT support, systems, cloud, or technical operations where I can further develop my technical expertise and contribute effectively in a professional environment.

I'm currently providing first- and second-line IT support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues while deploying and maintaining Windows devices.

I support Microsoft 365 administration across Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Intune. Using NinjaOne, Atera, and AnyDesk, I remotely monitor, manage, and troubleshoot client devices.

I've configured printers and scan-to-email and scan-to-folder workflows, resolving DNS, SMTP, and network connectivity issues. I also carry out laptop servicing, device onboarding, software configuration, and technical documentation alongside senior engineers.

Alongside my BSc in Computer Science from Kingston University, I built MindfulStudent, a React-based mental health website with mood tracking, daily exercises, stress-management tools, peer support, and emergency contacts. I'm looking to grow my technical expertise in IT support, systems, cloud, or technical operations.
