At Delinea, I owned the ANZ partner ecosystem strategy for privileged access management, generating 63% of regional revenue through partners. I delivered 28% year-over-year revenue growth, increased partner-sourced pipeline by 40%, and achieved 110% of KPI targets through recruitment, joint business plans, QBRs, enablement, MDF, and co-selling.
At CommScope, I managed ANZ channel operations remotely and grew regional revenue 25% year over year. Previously, across MENA, I delivered 128% of target and more than $20M in enterprise contracts through distributor- and SI-led execution.
I've also delivered 133% year-over-year growth at Gemalto, including a $10M IoT security SaaS partnership. I bring practical experience building VAR, distributor, SI, MSP, and technology-alliance ecosystems across distributed, cross-cultural teams.
