At GTGC Technical Service (Innovations Group), I lead the manpower division’s full P&L, growing annual sales from AED 4M to AED 12M, net profit margins from 5% to 12%, and workforce headcount from 350 to 750.
I’ve built and retained enterprise partnerships across logistics, construction, and industrial sectors while managing workforce delivery, accommodation, transport, payroll, pricing, budgeting, and service quality. Earlier, I delivered HR solutions and business development at DULSCO, sold off-plan properties at DAMAC Properties, supported digital banking onboarding at Standard Chartered, and led sales and marketing activities in Karachi.
