What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an Application Support, Application Support Analyst, or Business Application Support position.

At RAK SECURITY, I provide day-to-day IT support for employees, investigating hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues across Windows-based systems. I resolve issues where possible and escalate others while keeping users informed.

As an Administrative / Registration Assistant, I support payroll, invoicing, employee records, and other workflows through internal business applications. I also process documentation, investigate record discrepancies, and maintain Excel-based tracking systems.

I’ve developed business application projects using Next.js, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs, including workflows for employee records, documents, authentication, and notifications. My technical background includes SQL, Node.js, and application troubleshooting.
