At Crane International FZC, I support enterprise applications and national Track & Trace and digital tax stamp platforms. I joined as the initial technical specialist for the UAE project and contributed to its rollout across six countries.
I work with government tax authorities on technical requirements and resolve complex L2/L3 production issues. My work includes SQL Server diagnostics, API and log investigation, and release validation with engineering teams.
Earlier, I supported infrastructure, applications, and POS systems at Independent Food Company LLC, Liwa Trading Enterprises LLC, ADNH Compass Group, and McDonald's Saudi Arabia. Across my roles, I’ve handled production incidents, delivered customer training, and documented support procedures.
