What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own CRM and sales operations, build automation workflows, and lead teams while also supporting recruitment, training, and operational reporting.

I run CRM and sales operations using GoHighLevel—managing pipelines, integrations, reporting, and AI-powered workflows for lead management and customer communication.

I’ve also owned recruitment and onboarding end to end, coordinating hiring and workforce planning while supporting payroll administration, SOP development, and operational reporting.

At GOVASSIST, I designed onboarding programs, coaching sessions, quality reviews, and performance evaluations, and I built the training materials and assessment frameworks to support them.

Earlier roles included managing a 15-member sales team as VP of Sales and improving lead tracking and customer journey visibility through CRM workflows and reporting systems.
