As Floor Manager at iCall, I increased sales conversion from 23% to 47% and helped drive $73K in revenue through coaching, process improvement, and accountability.

At ARB Facilities, I supervised loan operations that contributed approximately $16M in approved loans, achieved 92% compliance and 90% attendance/adherence, and reduced loan approval time by 20%. I now lead business development for AI SaaS and contact center outsourcing, building outbound campaigns, sales playbooks, and executive client relationships.
