I’m looking for a healthcare-focused role where I can lead operations and project delivery using PMP governance, KPI dashboards, and Lean Six Sigma process improvement—partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to standardize documentation, improve performance visibility, and ensure compliance.

I'm an Operations Manager with 9+ years of experience spanning healthcare and cosmetics retail — a combination that gives me a uniquely versatile operational toolkit.

As a Lead and Founding School Nurse across three institutions, I built clinic operations from the ground up, authored policies adopted school-wide, and led facilities through licensing compliance — managing teams of 6-7 staff throughout. As an Operations Manager in beauty retail, I owned end-to-end operations including procurement, logistics, recruitment, licensing, and government documentation.

What drives me is creating systems that bring order to complexity — whether that's standardizing protocols, designing workflows, or identifying inefficiencies and fixing them for good. I thrive in environments where structure matters and continuous improvement is a priority.
