At Aceve, I held the combined Global CPTO mandate and helped take the portfolio from EUR 50m to EUR 130m across multiple markets. I contributed to doubling ARR and EBITDA margin rates, and put development governance in place that brought release accuracy above 95 percent.
I created and implemented an AI strategy using autonomous agent frameworks, delivering two product launches within five months. I also launched the Aceve Agentic AI Portfolio and built its foundational data analytics platform with real-time agent telemetry and feedback loops.
At Aceve, I initiated the move into Embedded Finance and Banking-as-a-Service, bringing direct payments, factoring, lending and debt collection into the portfolio. The offering had a modelled annual revenue potential of SEK 300m in the first two years after launch.
At A3C Partners, I advise on product and technology due diligence for mission-critical B2B software investments and support portfolio companies with architecture, product strategy and AI. Earlier, at Infovista, I led product teams and helped grow profits from 0 to EUR 10m through digitalization, analytics and network cloudification.
