I am looking for a role that fosters innovation and collaboration, where I can leverage my expertise in AI and automation to drive impactful projects.

I am a product and engineering leader with over 8 years of experience in owning AI-driven platforms, automation, and tooling across various domains. My journey has been marked by leading teams of over 20 engineers and managing a €2M OPEX budget, all while modernizing systems that serve more than 3,000 global users. I have successfully delivered innovative GPT and RPA solutions, launched aftermarket products, and driven critical initiatives in service, work, and incident management by effectively bridging product, technology, and data.

In my recent role as Senior Manager at Northvolt AB, I directed two teams and owned internal work and service management platforms that significantly improved operational efficiency. I led the Center of Excellence for AI Implementations and defined roadmaps for various tools, achieving a top-10 global Atlassian adoption ranking. My leadership in launching GPT assistants for Jira & D365 resulted in a remarkable reduction in mean time to resolution (MTTR) and a substantial increase in customer satisfaction (CSAT).
