I’m a Senior Product & Design leader based in Stockholm, helping B2B SaaS startups take products from 0 to $1M ARR and from 0 to 1M MAU, from Seed to Series C. I build and lead cross-functional product, design, and engineering teams, with a strong focus on product discovery, user research, and product-market fit. I pair that with go-to-market strategy to drive measurable outcomes across GUI, API, and conversational AI interfaces.

Most recently, I’ve been delivering fractional CPO/CDO services to early-stage B2B SaaS teams, including launching an AI/LLM-based Kubernetes support agent, securing a pilot commercial agreement, and implementing onboarding changes that increased conversion by 30%. Previously as Head of Product & Design at a cybersecurity startup, I took the product from 0 to $1M ARR, shipped a GA release in 3 months, and helped achieve a 100% contract renewal rate through integrated user research and account management. Earlier in my career, I led UX design and research efforts that improved onboarding and retention and supported growth-focused acquisition—always pairing craft with strategy to reduce risk and accelerate execution.
