I’m a business and technology leader with 15+ years of experience driving digital transformation and helping organizations adopt new capabilities in real operational contexts. I focus on early-stage AI adoption within software environments—introducing AI into development workflows, defining data-driven use cases, and moving teams from experimentation to structured prototypes.

My most recent work led internal AI exploration initiatives resulting in two prototypes now entering commercialization. In a payment processing environment, I increased revenue by 40% through product innovation, and I’ve built capability through structured experimentation and clear use case definition.

Across organizations, I’ve guided major transformation—such as moving from hardware-only to hybrid hardware/software models while retaining 80% of staff. In my founding-stage work at DPella AB, I contributed to privacy-enhancing analytics using differential privacy, including an agentic natural-language interface and LLM-driven query generation without accessing sensitive data to reduce leakage and hallucination risk.
