At Player Gaming, I lead end-to-end operations across Risk, Payments, Customer Support and VIP for an ONJN-licensed Romanian online casino. I own cross-functional delivery from requirements through rollout, lead payment-provider integrations, negotiate vendor terms and coordinate platform, financial and ITGC audits.
I built Player Gaming’s risk, payments and antifraud function from the ground up, designing KYC, chargeback and bonus-abuse processes while recruiting and coaching the core team. I also led device-fingerprinting and behavioural fraud detection capabilities, created BI visibility for the risk team, and specified internal tooling that reduced manual work in Support and Risk.
Previously, I led risk and payments at WINBET Romania, managed EMEA licensing compliance at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, investigated fraud at King Crown Online, and led QA testing teams at EA Romania.
