In my current role at WNS Global Services, I focus on understanding escalation causes and business impact, setting up clear communication channels, and ensuring effective cross-group collaboration. I monitor reactive cases, investigate root causes with engineers, and establish proactive observation to keep customer operational health at the center.

Previously, as an Online Affiliate Manager at Square Ventures, I managed affiliate operations for an online gaming casino—covering payments, deposits, and withdrawals. I oversaw KYC and verification for compliance, coordinated with payment providers to resolve transaction issues, and monitored risk signals, fraud indicators, and account activity to maintain platform integrity.

Before that, at Rubrik Group, I drove portal quality and performance by monitoring KPIs, investigating deviations and trends, following up with support and control teams on technical issues, and analyzing traffic in Google Analytics and Google Search Console. I also led operations teams as FAB Manager Team Leader for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, managing daily service capacity and resource allocation at scale.
