What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue investigating KYC, payment, AML, and fraud-risk cases in a fast-paced environment where I can apply risk-based judgment, resolve complex issues, and support compliant customer operations.

At Solidstake/Devhub, I investigate around 1,500 KYC, payment, and anti-fraud cases each month in the online gaming and payments industry.

I review identity, address, payment, and source-of-funds documentation; analyze deposits and withdrawals; and identify suspicious activity, discrepancies, and fraud indicators.

I use PaymentIQ, iDenfy, SEON, Square Pay, Jira, MetaMask, Etherscan, and BscScan to investigate account activity, cryptocurrency transactions, third-party payments, duplicate accounts, and payment-method inconsistencies.

I also conduct AML reviews of deposits, withdrawals, wagering activity, betting patterns, and account history, while communicating clearly with customers and internal teams to resolve verification and payment issues.
