I translate, proofread, and post-edit English-to-Spanish LAT content for translation agencies, including legal texts, social networking content, international news, weather forecasts, press releases, and everyday dialogues.
I've worked on educational-product websites for Unity, videogames, cosmetology texts, children's-book scripts, movie scripts, commercial letters, memoranda, and agribusiness projects such as oil palm editing and a Land O'Lakes dairy-project evaluation for Mozambique.
My background includes certification as a Public Translator, translator-copyeditor of legal and scientific-technical texts, and SDL Post Editor. I also taught English in public and private schools from 1990 to 2018 and continue preparing private students for Cambridge FCE and CAE exams.
I contribute as a volunteer translator with Translators without Borders and have worked in translation and subtitling translation through Coursera. I enjoy reading, nature, plants, and animals, and founded my local library.
