Insurance, Healthcare, Human Resources but also open to new opportunities.

15 yrs of work experience in customer service, 10 of those in healthcare as dental assistant and office manager. I am great with provider and customer relations and communication. Other than the supervision experience I also have skills in credentialing, provider and office contracting, fee negotiation, meeting deadlines and working under pressure in past and slow paced environments. During my education I have strengthened my management skills and Microsoft office applications skills (word,excel,PowerPoint ). I have also learned new skill such as computer accounting using Quickbooks, payroll and business tax accounting , customer relationship management, information and project management. I am adaptable and a fast learner and know I will learn everything possible from my position and contribute to your business positively.
