I led EPI’s operational offer work for a European payment initiative connecting 16 banks, coordinating IT, business, legal, security, reporting, monitoring, and support stakeholders. I created product proposals, wrote functional and technical specifications, surfaced delivery blockers, and prepared daily executive updates.
I’ve also delivered instant-payment transformation at BNP Paribas, payment migrations and production operations at STET, e-commerce and commercial projects at PayXpert, and network monitoring and Business Objects reporting at SFR. Across these roles, I bring hands-on project delivery experience spanning Agile and V-cycle methods, functional support, risk management, payment systems, BI development, and cross-functional team coordination.
