What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Customer Support Executive role where I can resolve customer queries, manage escalations, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide clear, timely support in a fast-paced client-facing environment.

I've coordinated client orders, delivery schedules, installer coordination, and escalations at Life n Colors, helping customers finalize wallpaper designs, measurements, and material specifications before production.

At Deekey Industries, I managed sales coordination for CCTV systems, PoE switches, fire alarm systems, and industrial cutting tools. I served as the key link between clients, vendors, and internal teams for quotations, dispatch, and technical and commercial queries.

Previously at Infosys, I developed and manually tested web application modules for Prime Bank Kenya, created basic Java APIs, tested APIs with Postman, and supported JIRA, Confluence, dashboards, and team setup.

My customer support foundation comes from Extramarks, where I handled course-access queries through chat, calls, and email. I'm seeking a Customer Support Executive role where I can bring calm escalation handling, clear communication, and detail-oriented follow-through.
